Create Your Own Tic-Tac-Toe Pt. 2

During part two, we will paint and decorate our tic-tac-toe boards.

Now that our tic-tac-toe boards are dry, we can paint and decorate them. Once they are decorated, you can take them with you to challenge others to a game of tic-tac-toe.
