Learn about cost-effective cooking while watching a demonstration by a professional chef. The meal will be nourishing and can fit within many diets, such as diabetic-friendly ones. La Soupe is a non-profit that bridges the gap between food waste and hunger by transforming surplus ingredients into nutritious meals for those in need through the power of chefs. Register today, as spots are very limited.
Take control of your health journey by checking out the library's services. You can use health monitoring kits and laptops during telehealth appointments in our private study rooms. This can be a great option to discuss blood work, diet plans and other health topics with your care provider.
