Digital Pathways: Healthy Cooking With La Soupe

Do you want to learn how to make healthy meals without breaking the bank? Learn some delicious recipes with La Soupe!

Learn about cost-effective cooking while watching a demonstration by a professional chef. The meal will be nourishing and can fit within many diets, such as diabetic-friendly ones. La Soupe is a non-profit that bridges the gap between food waste and hunger by transforming surplus ingredients into nutritious meals for those in need through the power of chefs. Register today, as spots are very limited.

Take control of your health journey by checking out the library's services. You can use health monitoring kits and laptops during telehealth appointments in our private study rooms. This can be a great option to discuss blood work, diet plans and other health topics with your care provider.

Attendees of Digital Pathways programs may enter a raffle to win a Fitbit or a bundle of diabetic friendly cookbooks!

The recipe taught during this class will be determined about a week before the program, so please reach out to Katherine at ftprograms@cc-pl.org if you have dietary concerns or other questions. Please see all our program offerings in our online newsletter at cc-pl.org/connections.
