Winter Wellness: Sound Healing

Feeling stressed? Come relax with the meditative resonance of sound healing.

Sound Healing Therapy uses sound vibrations to relax the body and mind. Let your tension unwind as you are guided through a sound healing experience by trained practitioner, Tina Tepe. 

Disclaimer and Program Preparation:

• Ages 18 and up only
• Participants are required to sign a waiver upon arrival.
• Bring a yoga mat or throw blanket if possible. The library will have a limited number available.
• Bring a small pillow.
• Participants must be physically able to get down on the floor and up off the floor.
• This program is inadvisable for those with pacemakers or high-risk pregnancies.
• Hearing aids should be turned off during sound bath (participants will still receive health benefits, even if they cannot hear the tones).
