Board of Trustees

Members of the Board of Trustees are appointed by the Campbell County Judge-Executive with the approval of the Campbell County Fiscal Court. Members serve a four-year term and may be elected to one additional four-year term. Board members are responsible for the overall governance of the Campbell County Public Library.

The Board of Trustees meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm. The location rotates through the branches for each meeting. All meetings are open to the public. View upcoming board meetings.

Board Member Openings

The Campbell County Public Library is seeking applications for one opening on its Board of Trustees. This is a non-paid, volunteer position. Applications will be accepted through May 31, 2026, and interviews will be scheduled in July. The term will begin upon appointment.

Tracy A. Smith, President:

Ms. Smith is a practicing attorney for Morgan Smith Porter Guidugli, PLLC and lives in Alexandria.

Jonathan S. Cullick, Treasurer:

Dr. Cullick is an avid library user, Little Library owner and an English professor at Northern Kentucky University.

Terra Ryder, Trustee:

Ms. Ryder is an internal audit and financial advisory consultant at Protiviti. A graduate of the University of South Carolina (USC), Ryder moved to Fort Thomas in 2022. Along with her work at Protiviti, Ryder has worked as a contract specialist for the Air Force Civilian Service and held multiple positions at USC.

Jessica Schweitzer, Vice President:

Ms. Schweitzer is well-versed in what it takes to run a library — she holds a master’s degree in information & library science from the University of Kentucky.

Kelley Raleigh, Secretary:

Ms. Raleigh has over 25 years of leadership experience in shopper and market research, primarily in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) with Fortune 100 companies. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, she is now a resident of Cold Spring.

Mary Ann Stewart, Library Attorney:

Ms. Stewart grew up in Covington and has practiced law with Adams Law since 1999.
