Healthy Choices for Every Body Series
Join us in this four-part series to learn about making good food choices and meal planning on a budget.
The Campbell County Family & Consumer Sciences and Nutrition Education programs are partnering with the Library to better help families plan meals, make good food choices and create a basic budget for family spending.
This program series empowers participants to achieve and maintain good health by encouraging habits such as eating more fruits and vegetables, choosing low fat and high fiber foods and increasing physical activity within the constraints of a limited budget.
Registration is required. On the day of the program, we will email you with the link to join the live program. You are not required to have a Zoom account.
Please contact Clara Gerner at CGerner@cc-pl.org with any questions.
