Manga to Anime Club: ‘Delicious in Dungeon’ by Ryoko Kui

Join us at the Alexandria Branch for Manga to Anime Club! This is a book club where we will read the first volume of a manga series each month and have a discussion about both the manga and the anime. Anyone who has read the manga or watched the anime is welcome! Light snacks will be provided.

For March, we will be discussing Delicious in Dungeon by Ryoko Kui.

When young adventurer Laios and his party are attacked by a dragon deep within a dungeon, the party loses one of their members, as well as all their money and provisions. They’re eager to go back and save their comrade, but there is just one problem: If they set out with no food or coin to speak of, they’re sure to starve on the way! But Laios comes up with a brilliant idea: “Let’s eat the monsters!” Slimes, basilisks, and even dragons –  no monster is safe from the appetites of these dungeon-crawlers!

This is a Teen program for ages 11 through 19.
