Costume Contest

Do you have a great idea for a Halloween costume this year? This is your chance to show it off! Show up in your favorite costume to do Halloween crafts, listen to spooky music, and have a costume contest. The costume with the most votes will win a special prize, and all other participants will win a book of their choice.

Please register all children. Only one adult per family group.

If Campbell County is RED on the Kentucky Department for Public Health’s COVID-19 Dashboard, everyone, age 2 or older, who attends library programs are required to wear masks.
