Teen Thursday: Intention Jars for 2025

Get ready to kick off 2025 by setting our intentions for the year!

Each participant will create their own personalized intention jar, filled with positive affirmations and goals to inspire them throughout the year.

Whether you’re looking to focus on academics, relationships, or self-care, this program encourages self-reflection and mindfulness, empowering teens to take charge of their journey. Come ready to share, create, and connect with others as we embark on a transformative year together!

This is a Teen program for ages 11 through 19.
