Health Fair

Receive free health resources, screenings and more at the Newport Branch’s Health Fair.

The library is hosting a health fair from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday, Nov. 2 to connect our community with health-related resources, organizations and more.

What to Expect

Check out our community partners below! While the fair itself does not require registration, specific screenings/classes do.

Programs with an asterisk (*) require advance registration.

Highlights include:

  • Smoking cessation with St. Elizabeth
  • Glucose and Cholesterol Screens with North Central Area Health Education Center
  • A1C Screening with Bluegrass Lions Diabetes Project
  • CPR classes with North Central Area Health Education Center Gateway Community and Technical College*
