Special Effects Makeup Workshop

Get into the Halloween spirit by learning how to create spine-chilling special effects makeup by professional makeup artist, Daniel Townsend. Author of “Foundations of Stage Makeup,” Townsend has taught stage makeup at Northern Kentucky University and has worked with The Cincinnati Ballet and the Playhouse in the Park. He is excited to teach you how to create gruesome looks to scare your friends and family this Halloween season.

Please bring a handheld mirror if you have one; the library will have a limited number available. All makeup and brushes will be provided.
