NKY Forum: A Post Primary Check-Up
Wednesday, May 18, 2022
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
This event will be held in-person at the Kenton County Public Library, Erlanger Branch, 401 Kenton Lands Rd, Erlanger, KY 41018 or you can stream virtually via zoom.
The Northern Kentucky Forum is hosting a discussion with two leading Democrats and two leading Republicans 24 hours after the 2022 Primary Election. Our panelists will offer their interpretations of the primary results and look ahead toward the General Election in November. What trends or signals, if any, emerged in the primary? What policy questions will be in the forefront between now and the General Election? What’s at stake for Northern Kentucky this election year? How will redistricting affect our elections? What are the races to watch moving into the fall?
Our panelists will discuss these and other topics and take your questions.
· Moderator: Dr. Ryan Salzman, political science professor, Northern Kentucky University
· Democratic panelists: Marisa McNee and Col Owens
· Republican panelists: Trey Grayson and Shane Noem
