Walk & Talk Book Club
Take in nature while discussing literature at our new Walk & Talk Book Club.
Instead of assigned readings, members can pick their own book based on the month’s theme. The club is open to any interested adults, including caregivers who may need to bring a child in a stroller.
Book Club Details
When: 11 am April-September, every first Wednesday of the month. In the case of inclement weather, the club will meet at 11 am on the second Wednesday of the month.
Where: Fort Thomas’ Tower Park (900 S. Fort Thomas Ave.)
Meet at the Tower Park Armory Shelter to discuss books and enjoy the outdoors. We’ll walk in the park and discuss books based on our monthly topic.
If you need help choosing a book, the Carrico/Fort Thomas Branch will have a display and list of options each month. Themes and meeting dates include:
- April 6: Laugh Out Loud
- The April 6 date has been canceled due to inclement weather and rescheduled to April 13 at 11 am.
- May 4: Celebrate Diversity
- June 1: Great Outdoors
- July 6: Beach Reads
- Aug. 3: Required Reading
- Sept. 7: Animal Covers
