MyChart is an app you can get on your tablet or phone. It is also a website where you can access your health account, contact your physician or make appointments through.

Join Clara as she gives you a quick tour of the website and the app so you can set one up for yourself and have all of your health information and appointments at the touch of your fingers!

Program Information:

Everyone, age 6 or older, who attends library programs are required to wear masks. Please note any accommodation requests in the Special Needs section of the registration form. All those not arriving together must maintain a 6-foot social distance unless fully vaccinated.

If Campbell County is RED on the Kentucky Department for Public Health’s COVID-19 Dashboard, all in-person programs will be cancelled and those registered will be offered the online option.
