Board

Members of the Board of Trustees are appointed by the Campbell County Judge-Executive with the approval of the Campbell County Fiscal Court. Members serve a four-year term and may be elected to one additional four-year term. Board members are responsible for the overall governance of the Campbell County Public Library.

The Board of Trustees meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm. The location rotates through the branches for each meeting. All meetings are open to the public.

Dr. Cullick is an avid library user, Little Library owner and an English professor at Northern Kentucky University. Read his bio here.

Kelley Raleigh, Trustee

Kelley Raleigh, Secretary

Ms. Raleigh has over 25 years of leadership experience in shopper and market research, primarily in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) with Fortune 100 companies. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, she is now a resident of Cold Spring. Read her bio here.

Terra Ryder, trustee

Terra Ryder, Trustee

Ms. Ryder is an internal audit and financial advisory consultant at Protiviti. A graduate of the University of South Carolina (USC), Ryder moved to Fort Thomas in 2022. Along with her work at Protiviti, Ryder has worked as a contract specialist for the Air Force Civilian Service and held multiple positions at USC. Read her bio here.
