Located in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area, the Library issues a free library card to anyone who lives, works, or owns property in Campbell County. A parent's signature is required for all children under 17. Anyone who holds a current library card from any SWON library or a public library in Kentucky is also eligible for a free library card.
The Library provides materials and deposit collections to institutions and those who are homebound. Book Buddies is a special service that utilizes volunteers to deliver library materials to homebound adults. Contact the Outreach Department via

Special Programs
Regularly scheduled children's programs include story time for preschoolers and toddlers and a summer reading program for all ages. Programs of interest to adults include formal presentations, informal book discussions, and an adult summer reading program.
The Library offers speakers on a variety of topics that may be of interest to your organization. We provide this service free of charge. Requests to Campbell County organizations will have priority; however, presentations to established groups within the Greater Cincinnati area will be considered. Free internet service is available at all branches, including free WiFi. Basic technology classes are offered -- check the program calendar on the home page for dates and times.

Book Kits
The Campbell County Public Library, in cooperation with the Southwest Ohio and Neighboring Libraries Consortium, offers patrons access to Book Discussion kits. Each book title has been made into a kit that includes a bag with twelve paperback copies of the title, author information, discussion questions, and reviews. In the database at SWON you can find the available titles and authors, a brief description of the story, and the location and contact information for each kit. To reserve a kit from any of these libraries, please contact the Interlibrary Loan Department of the Campbell County Public Library (see the entry above), and they will get the kit for you.
Fabulous show displays work of 15 artists. Music by Lou Lausche Jazz Quartet, hors 'd oeuvres by Lother's Catering, desserts by Fantasy in Frosting, and wine samples for $1 from Stonebrook Winery. 7-9 p.m. Friday, July 30, at Carrico/Fort Thomas.
Teens who complete the Summer Reading program by reading 30 hours can attend an overnight lock-in & party, plus enter drawings for mini laptop, flip camera and more! Starts 8 p.m. Saturday, July 31, at Newport Branch.
