Board of Trustees

Members of the Board of Trustees are appointed by the Campbell County Judge-Executive with the approval of the Campbell County Fiscal Court. Members serve a four year term and may be elected to one additional four year term. Board members are responsible for the overall governance of the Library.

The Board of Trustees meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 4:30pm. The location rotates through the branches for each meeting. All meetings are open to the public. Please contact the Library Director at (859) 781-6166 x21 if you wish to attend.

Dr. Ann Painter, President
Dr. Painter began her service on the Board in 2002. She is a long time resident of Melbourne, Kentucky, and an educator.

Angela Siddall, Vice President
Mrs. Siddall began her service on the Board in October 2002. She is a long time resident of Newport, Kentucky, and an educator.

Donald E. Grosenbach, Treasurer
Mr. Grosenbach began his service on the Board in October 2004. Previously, he served on the Board from 1994 until 2002. He was president of the Board from 2001 to 2002. Prior to his Board sevice, he served as President of the Friends of the Library. He is a long time resident of Cold Spring, Kentucky, and former insurance underwriter.
Rebecca Kelm, Trustee
Mrs. Kelm began her service on the Board in 2004. She is a long time resident of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, and a librarian.
Dr. Judy Voelker, Trustee
Dr. Voelker is a professor of Anthropology at Northern Kentucky University.  She has served on the board since October 2008.  She is a resident of Bellevue, Kentucky.

Art After Hours

Fabulous show displays work of 15 artists.  Music by Lou Lausche Jazz Quartet, hors 'd oeuvres by Lother's Catering, desserts by Fantasy in Frosting, and wine samples for $1 from Stonebrook Winery.  7-9 p.m. Friday, July 30, at Carrico/Fort Thomas.

 
Teen Lock In

Teens who complete the Summer Reading program by reading 30 hours can attend an overnight lock-in & party, plus enter drawings for mini laptop, flip camera and more! Starts 8 p.m. Saturday, July 31, at Newport Branch.
